There are so many athletes who love getting a great "pump" or bodybuilding workout in addition to or even instead of a "CrossFit" style workout.
The weekly split typically includes the following for 6 days of training: Upper Body Push, Upper Body Pull, Lower Body Push/Pull, Monostructural Workout, Shoulder/Glutes, Arms & Core
Each day’s workouts include warm ups, cool downs, and workout notes that clearly explain the intended stimulus and movement explanation.
